Noel is the 4th QVC Stocking Doll that was available during the US Special Precious Moments Christmas show on TV in 1996. He is limited to 50,000 pieces.

I have 2 Noel dolls. Both dolls are in excellent condition, in fact are totally new and they still have their doll tage with them. They have never been played with or displayed before.
